How long will my order take?

Your product should be with you within 3 working days after ordering if you use our standard free delivery service.

If you need your gift in a hurry then we also offer an express service where you can receive your product the next day by 1pm (though this service is not guaranteed in some rural areas)

Postage & delivery

Delivery is free to all of Australia.

How do I pay?

You can pay securely with your credit card or with PayPal.

Payments are processed through Stripe, the completely secure, online payment processor.

All major debit and credit cards are accepted. For more information about Paypal visit www.paypal.com/au.

After you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation of the transaction.

Returns, refunds & damaged items

Bespoke items are made specifically to order and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect.

If an item you have received is damaged in transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent. You can do this by calling us on 0410 756 522 or emailing us at: hannah@thoughtfulgiftcompany.com.au

Refunds will be made to you within 30 days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

GST

GST is charged at 10%. All prices quoted on the site are INCLUSIVE of GST.
